About the Course
Overview:
Vocal training 103 course is final part of three part Vocal Training Program. This course is ideal for trainees with basic to intermediate knowledge in music who are seeking to improve and enhance their performing skills to produce music like a professional. In this course, trainees will be learning advanced techniques in voice modulation, dynamics, detailing. This course will cover how to create harmonies to your songs, studio recording 101, use of DAW while also addressing performance anxiety. At the end of this course, trainees will be taught to sing, produce and master their favourite song using music software from the scratch. Through out the course there will be vocal exercises and creative assignments to make this an interactive and proactive learning process.

Methodology:
Scaffolding and practical learning methodology of teaching will be adopted to break down the concepts to bite sized concepts for easy comprehension. Trainees will be prepared to perform in contests and shows with confidence. Higher order thinking methods will be used to enable trainees to understand, analyze, apply, evaluate various types of songs from different genres in Indian music, create their own tune and master to perfection. Building a community of fellow music lovers to share feedback with each other and grow together.
Prerequisites:
Anyone above 14 years with at least 6 months of music learning experience in any genre and has a basic understanding of pitch (Sur/Shruti) and Rhythm (Taal/Taala) and has successfully completed the Vocal Training 102 course.
Course Format:
Batch Size: 4 to 6
Duration: 12 weeks, one 55 minute class per week
